We have some exciting news to share with you. After many wonderful years at Westmead, Next Practice is leaving Western Sydney University and moving to a new home in Parramatta.
From 1st October 2025, you’ll find us at:

Although our location is changing, so much remains the same. You will still be cared for by the same friendly team of doctors, practitioners and staff who know you and your family. Our commitment to your health and wellbeing will never change, we’re simply moving into a new space. As we will be in a new location, moving forward we will be operating under the new name Next Practice Parramatta.
Our cancer support services will also continue to be available to both our long-standing patients and those new to our community although subsidised fees (WSIH care) will not continue. These include:

We are truly grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us over the years, and we look forward to welcoming you to our new clinic. Together, we’ll continue to build the same supportive community you’ve come to know at Westmead, now in the heart of Parramatta.
While we will always continue to have a connection with Western Sydney University, our official collaboration will end when we leave the Westmead building. We are grateful for what we built together with the University and look forward to carrying on the legacy of this model at Parramatta.
WSIH will continue at Westmead under the management of a new national brand, maintaining integrative healthcare and supportive cancer care integrated with general practice, and will continue to be evidence-based (informed by Western Sydney University research) and offer a community-based approach with subsidised fees available, funded by philanthropy. The new clinic at Westmead is anticipated to be operating by early November so if you would prefer to continue your care at the current facility, when those operations begin, we would be happy to facilitate a transfer of your records (fees may apply).
